Barre & Brews at Ivanhoe Park Lager House
Join us for this brand new event where we will enjoy a 45-minute Barre class led by Melyssa with a WHY and enjoy an Ivanhoe Park Lager House beer (or other drink of choice) after class included with your ticket price! This low-impact, total-body workout combines ballet-inspired movement, high-rep strength work, and athletic dance for a fun and effective barre experience! With cardio bursts, rhythmic movement, and deep muscle engagement, you’ll sculpt, tone, and improve flexibility through moving to hit music!
**Please bring a mat and water for the class - grippy socks are encouraged, but not required!
