George Morning is the Director of Small Business Development for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). In this capacity, Mr. Morning is responsible for the management and operation of the department’s six federal and local small business programs, and coordinates these programs with other Authority departments and major contractors. In addition, the department has oversight and responsibility for certification, outreach, advocacy, compliance and reporting.
