Nemours Children's Health Mobile Clinic

Nemours Children's Health is offering a Mobile Clinic providing Free Well child checks and vaccines* for uninsured children 17 years old and younger.  Family income must be less than or equal to 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

*not including the COVID-19 vaccine
