About Us

Rebuild Yourself Inc. is a nonprofit committed to empowering teens through mental wellness, peer-to-peer support, and community connection. Guided by our principles, Embrace • Expand • Empower — we create safe spaces where adolescents can grow in confidence, self-esteem, and empathy. Through free weekly peer support sessions, educational activities, and family resources, we work to reduce stigma around mental health while giving teens the tools they need to thrive.

The need is urgent: nearly 1 in 5 teens faces a mental health challenge, yet too many feel misunderstood or isolated. Early support can change the trajectory of a young person’s future, which is why Rebuild Yourself Inc. is determined to reach as many teens as possible with resources that are accessible, free, and built around connection.

As Chamber members, you have a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on the lives of young people while positioning your business as a community leader. Your support can come in many forms — sponsoring weekly sessions, providing in-kind donations such as supplies or meals, or contributing to our annual fund.
