DESCRIPTION:The Florida Legislature approved a bill (similar as last year) that provides for a sales tax holiday on clothing\, footwear and select accessories with a sales price of $100 or less (increased from $75 in 2014)\, certain school supplies with a sales price of $15 or less and on computers and certain related accessories selling for $750 or less per item when purchased for noncommercial home or personal use.  Florida's Tax-Free Shopping begins August 7th and lasts through midnight on August 16th. All information on the tax free holiday can be found on the Florida Department of Revenue website at www.myflorida.com/dor.
