She has worked for the Florida Department of Transportation for the past 10 years\, serving in various positions\, including the Director of Policy Planning at FDOT Central Office in Tallahassee\, FDOT District 5 as the District Planning & Environmental Management Office Administrator\, and at Florida's Turnpike as the Planning Manager. She has over 25 years of experience in transportation planning and growth management. Prior to her work at FDOT\, Alison worked in local government in the communities of Orange City\, Seminole County\, and Orange County. Alison is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners through the American Planning Association.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in Environmental Science and Management and a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida. \n	\n\n\n\n	\n	Racquel Asa \n\n	Senior Director of External Affairs\, Central Florida Expressway (CFX)\n\n	\n\n	Racquel Asa is the Senior Director of External Affairs for The Central Florida Expressway Authority. Racquel brings more than 20 years of experience in public relations with a customer and community focus to the Senior Director of External Affairs role. She is responsible for developing integrated\, comprehensive and strategic engagement to all members of the Central Florida Community. She believes in a community-based approach that focuses on solutions that deliver benefits for all. Prior to joining CFX\, Racquel was an award-winning transportation journalist and served as the Chief Client Engagement Officer for an Orland-based autonomous mobility start-up. As a veteran journalist\, she was at the forefront of every major transportation development and initiative in Florida\, operating as one of the most well-informed sources in the industry. She covered every transformational transportation project and initiative for the region and state whether it was by plane\, train or automobile\, including the Wekiva Parkway\, the Wrong-Way Driving program and Brightline to name a few. Racquel has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal\, Women In Transportation\, and Congressional leadership during Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Her advocacy for safer streets and innovative solutions to improve regional mobility align with CFX's vision to provide a world-class network that drives economic prosperity and quality of life for everyone.\n	\n	\n	Gary Huttmann - Bio\n\n	Executive Director\, Metroplan Orlando \n	\n\n\nMetroPlan Orlando's Executive Director Gary Huttmann has more than 30 years of experience in Central Florida's transportation industry and has worked in both the private and public sectors. He took over the top position at the agency after seven years as deputy executive director. His experience also includes work at the City of Orlando as well as for private firms.\n\n\n\nGary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association. He serves on national committees\, including the technical committee of the Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations and the Executive Directors Committee of the National Association of Regional Councils.\n\n\n\nLocally\, he serves on the University of Central Florida Planning Advisory Board that is focused on the master's program in Urban Planning. He is also on the Wekiva River Basin Commission\, established as part of the Wekiva Parkway and Protection Act\, to help protect the Wekiva River Basin while the beltway around the Orlando Urban Area is completed.\n\n\n\nGary earned his master's degree in Community & Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska.
