David Tatro is the Director of Production Operations for Rotary and Mission Systems (Training &\; Logistics Solutions). \;In this capacity\, he is responsible for one domestic (Orlando\, FL.) and one international (Tijuana\, Mx) production locations. \; His role includes the execution of competitive strategies and superior performance of the Production Operations organization in support of Lockheed Martin&rsquo\;s mission readiness and training programs for military and commercial customers. \;

\nMr. Tatro served as Sr. Operations Program Manager Training Solutions\, part of theTraining &\; Logistics Solutions line of business\, from June 2009 to May 2014. \; He was responsible for Training Solutions Production Products for live and simulated ground based training. \; His portfolio was $35M in annual hardware sales for domestic and foreign customers.
\n \;
\nHe previously served as the Orlando Factory Manager with direct oversight of 4 departments\, 96 employees\, and a commercial calibration business. \; He was responsible for implementing factory improvements designed to meet the flexible production requirements of a high turn\, low volume business. \; He led strategic improvements including Operations Exellence Teams\, lean six sigma\, process variation reduction\, and cost and schedule performance improvements.

\nMr. Tatro has fourteen years of experience in the aerospace industry with Lockheed Martin. During the course of his career he has held leadership roles in manufacturing engineering\, factory management\, program management and production operations.

\nMr. Tatro graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial &\; Systems Engineering and Webster University with a Masters in Business Administration. \; He is also a graduate of Lockheed Martin&rsquo\;s Leadership Executive Assessment and Development program and Program Management certified.
