He currently holds the following leadership roles at Florida Hospital East Orlando: Chief of Staff\; Medical director\, Center for Medical Simulation and Education\; Director of Research and Simulation\, and Assistant Program Director\, Florida Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency. Additionally\, he serves as the Chair of the Simulation Committee for the Florida College of Emergency Physicians and a Board Member for the Orange County Medical Society.
