Clint Beaty is Senior Vice President Operations at Tavistock Development Company.  He is the leader of a talented team responsible for bringing Sunbridge, a new 27,000-acre master plan community to Central Florida.   

Previously, Clint served as SVP at CNL Financial Group and assisted the general counsel in resolving legal matters and managing asset acquisitions.  He also has experience in nonprofit organizations, such as the director of development and finance at Give Kids The World.  Clint's experience includes leadership, restructuring, legal and financial management and asset development.
